The King 1-Bedroom Unit contains a full kitchen and wet area bathroom enabling wheelchair access. With a single bed and sofa bed in the lounge, this unit can accommodate 4 people. Outdoor seating is available at the top of the entrance ramp.

The King 1-Bedroom Unit with Spa Bath contains a full kitchen and wet area bathroom enabling wheelchair access. With a single bed in the lounge, this unit can accommodate 3 people. Outdoor seating available at the top of the entrance ramp.

The Queen & Twin 2-Bedroom Units are all located on the ground level and contain a bathroom and full kitchens with a lounge area that incorporates a sofa bed to enable sleeping for 5 people.

The Family Unit consists of two downstairs interconnected units. The combined unit will contain two bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. One unit is a studio layout that contains a queen and single bed. The other unit has a seperate queen bedroom with a single bed in the lounge area plus by utilizing the sofa bed in different area of the lounge the unit can sleep 7 people.
